28. Would you consider yourself to be in shape?

That is a hard question...short answer; yes. I exercise 5-7 days a week and maintain a well balanced, healthy diet. Long answer; I am 53 and could stand to lose 15 pounds, but in peri-menopause/menopause, it is almost impossible, so I am doing the best that I can. I just recently had blood work and everything was normal or very good, so I guess even with the extra weight, I'm ok.
