24. Today at 12:51 EDT, Apollo 11 returned to Earth, after taking the first astronauts to the moon and returning them safely. Have you seen any of the moon landings on the TV?

I was 5 years old for the last one and I have no memory of seeing it, so I would say no.

3. What's your favourite way to cook/serve carrots on this Carrot Cake Day?

I like carrots a lot; in braised meat dishes, roasted, grated in a carrot salad and carrot cake, of course.

4. It's British Yorkshire Pudding Day. Have you ever had Yorkshire puddings and have you ever made them?

Yes, I have made them quite a few times. Usually at Christmas if I am making a roast beef/prime rib.

5. World Nutella Day - yay or nay on the chocolatey nutty spread (and what do you spread it on, or do you spoon it from the jar?)

I like Nutella ok, but prefer other cocoa-hazelnut spreads. I like it mixed into things like cookies or spread on a graham cracker.

3 – Virus Appreciation Day: OK, so it's been almost three years since Covid rocked the world. Is there ANYTHING you appreciate about that particular virus — well, maybe not the virus itself, but the impact it had on workplace arrangements, or social norms, etc.?

I like that more places have take-out and outdoor dining and that reservations are accepted for almost anything and anywhere, but not exactly a good trade off. Most work places hear have gone back to pre-COVID and demand that everyone be in the office.
