I don't eat fast food. I haven't had anything from a fast food place in over eleven years and only then because I was on a 6 hour car trip. I think what people put in their bodies is key to a lot of society's ills (that and plastic.) I am very conscious of knowing where my food comes from, buying organic, buying from local farms (talking to those farmers about their practices,) not eating processed food ( I make most of my own condiments, nut butters, bread, desserts,) and when we do eat out, it is always at places that utilize local farms.
