I am a southern girl after all, so my first inclination is to say, biscuits ( I do love them,) but eggs are so very versatile. If not for the potential (depending on which studies you read) health impact, you could eat eggs almost everyday and not feel like you were eating the same thing. Note, I am talking fresh from the farm eggs, if you have access, you will never go back to store bought.
