It is better than the alternative...Seriously though, sometimes it is worrying. We chose not to have children, so sometimes I worry about there being anyone around for us should we need assistance. Other than that I feel pretty ok. My husband and I live a very different life than either of our parents have; we have exercised regularly for the past 30 years, we make good food choices (and have for more than 10 years,) do not drink very much and have very little financial stress. I am hoping all of that pays off.
