Hypothetically, I will say one that has more and better food options. I love to cook, but it would be nice to have a handful of places that were really good, in order to go out to eat (pre and post COVID) or get takeout from. Honestly though, I am not sure that I am willing to give up the financial security we have living in a small town and currently (with the pandemic) I am grateful for not living in a big city.
