8 If money, time, and energy were no object, what university degree would you go back and get, just for fun?

And location for me; a viticulture degree(s) to learn how to grow, make and blend wine.


9 What’s unique about you, that’s different from everyone else you know?

I am a fearless and adventurous cook and eater. I will honestly try anything once and I work hard to try to find a way to eat things even when I do not particularly care for them.
