lizzybuffy20089. What time do you usually get up and go to bed each day?
On MWF, I get up at 4:30AM and go to bed at 8:00PM, read and turn off the light at 9:00PM. On T & Th, I get up at 5:15AM and go to bed with the same schedule. Sa & Su, I am usually up by 6:00AM with bedtime the same on Sunday, but maybe increased 30 minutes to an hour on Saturday.
