Yes, quite a few times. Mostly fake ricotta (farmer's cheese) and once I went to a class and made burrata.

You really do need to go to a class to make burrata, don't you? I really enjoyed making mozzarella when I went on a course a few years ago. Not that I've made it since!

Yes, because it was kind of different than I was expecting. I would like to do it again to refresh and then do it more often myself.
