15. In the UK it's National Beer Day. Do you enjoy a beer every now and again? What's your favourite brand/type?

I do, but it is rare (K can't stand beer, so if we drink at home, it is usually a cocktail or wine.) I like darker beers, like porters.

16. It's National Fudge Day - you can buy fudge in many, many different flavours - what's your favourite if you have one?

I do like fudge and usually make it at Christmas. My favorite is pretty much, deep dark chocolate.

17. Charles Goodyear accidentally created rubber and patented it today. Have you ever had something go wrong, but it turned out to be to your advantage?

Not that I can think of off the top of my head; other than a recipe every now and then that got goofed and was better.
