lizzybuffy20082. Portuguese immigrants brought fried fish and Irish immigrants brought fried thick-cut potatoes to England and so the iconic dish of fish and chips was born! What's your favourite fish to eat? If you've tried fish and chips did you have it with vinegar, lemon or something else?
Probably my favorite fish is either yellowtail or a really great piece of tuna, done minimally in a crudo or sushi fashion. I have had fish and chips; mostly when we visited London over ten years ago. I loved it! I have had it in the states a few times, but it is best IMO in England. I like it best with vinegar.
