Yes, we did it; mostly because we were watching a movie with the lights turned down.

31. World Backup Day - have you ever forgotten to back something up and lost it all? Do you back up your data regularly?

Not exactly, at least in the way this question means...over this weekend, I have done something equally stupid with my Amazon account. Next week, I should find out if it can be corrected.

Sometimes Amazon is very confusing and you can't find what you need in 'your' account, can you? I find it really frustrating just trying to find the contact information on Amazon...

Yes, it can be and I royally screwed up. I had signed up for a 30 day free thing with Prime Belgium hoping to have access to a cycling show not being shown in the US; when I tried to cancel it, I inadvertently cancelled and deleted my entire account...so no more Kindle books, no more movies/TV shows, no subscriptions of items I get every few months, etc...I am waiting on someone from "Accounts" to get back to me on whether it can be revived...
