lizzybuffy200829. Pita bread is celebrated today - what is your favourite dish to serve with pita bread?
Probably hummus. When we lived in DC, there was a place in nearby Virginia that made the most wonderful chicken stuffed pita pocket...I have never been able to duplicate it, even with homemade pita.
