25. In Sweden it's Waffle Day - are you a fan of waffles and do you own a waffle maker? Have you a favourite recipe?

I like waffles and I do have a waffle maker. It was given to us by my brother in-law and sister in-law. We do not use it much, maybe once a year, so I don't really have a go to recipe. I really prefer pancakes, honestly.

I think a waffle maker needs to be very easy to clean otherwise it doesn't get used. It's a lot less fuss to make pancakes, but I do love a waffle :)
