lizzybuffy200816. In 1822 Rosa Bonheur - artist was born. She specialised in painting animals some of which you can see here. Have you ever tried to draw an animal?
I have tried, but drawing is not my forte, so I doubt it looked like what I intended.
17. St Patrick's Day - are there big celebrations of the Patron Saint of Ireland where you live? Do you take part?
There are celebrations (mostly drinking) in some bars and pubs, plus a 5K and a 10K run.
18. Global Recycling Day - is it easy to recycle items like plastic, metal, glass and paper where you live?
It is very easy to recycle aluminum, glass, cardboard, paper, and some plastic; we have a bin and they come around to pick it up on Thursdays when they pick up trash. 1 & 2 plastic can be taken to a convenience center, but other plastic, plus things like soup cans and foil are not recyclable here.
