23. It's Banana Bread Day - did you make banana bread during the Covid 19 lockdowns?

I probably did, but don't remember specifically. I tend to make banana bread when I have very ripe bananas that have gone past eating raw stage.

It’s a great way to use up ripe bananas isn’t it!

It is; I try to eat a banana most days because my potassium can be on the low side, but sometimes (like avocados,) they go from underripe to black overnight.
