25 – Better Breakfast Day: What does your breakfast usually consist of, and in what ways do you think you could make it a better breakfast?

My random breakfast rotation includes: cottage cheese with oat groats and almonds, bircher muesli with berries (in the spring/summer,) steel cut oat groats (fall/winter,) cinnamon-raisin bagel w/natural peanut butter and jam, and yogurt w/fruit and home made granola.

Most of my breakfasts are well balanced and nutritious. On Fridays, I usually have 2 eggs with avocado and a whole wheat English muffin with fruit. Sometimes (maybe quarterly) we will have pancakes, waffles, or French toast on the weekend. Those have been few and far between since K has been away for work.

I would have the nut butter on a sesame bagel and no jam - but other than that your breakfasts sound delicious.
