22 – Onion Ring Day: Onion rings or fries?

I love a good onion ring, but usually they are not available, so will have fries. Both are few and far between.

Good onion rings are terrific but there are way too many bad ones wasted before I find the stellar rings.

Onion rings can be a bit hit or miss can’t they! For me, they have to be fried fresh.
