Jun. 18th, 2023 07:26 am18 – International Panic Day: Contrary to what it sounds like, this is a day dedicated to reducing panic and stress in your daily life, not celebrating it! How to you go about reducing the stresses, anxiety and yes, panic, in your life?
As I have gotten older, I have become a bit more laid back. I still tend to obsess over things sometimes, but try my best to recognize when I am doing that and reason with myself to get it to stop. I do not think about the past, It is not something I can change and things that happened then made me the person I am today. If there were mistakes, then I try to learn from them and not repeat them.
We have planned and saved for the future as best we can, so barring catastrophe, we should be fine, once K retires. Health issues are really the only thing I worry about and again, we do the best that we can by eating a healthy, balanced diet and exercising.
