I do love all kinds of veggies! I don't necessarily have a favorite, but am happy with what is fresh in season. Likewise I do not necessarily have a favorite recipe. I love raw asparagus salad and raw corn salad when each of those have first come in. I love a good tomato tart, as well as esquites with flavorful corn.
