lizzybuffy200820 – Weights And Measures Day: Imperial or Metric or a combo of the two depending on what you're weighing/measuring?
Combo of the two. I mostly think in Imperial since I grew up in the US, but I bake mostly in metric and I think of science (gravity, acceleration, etc.) in Metric.
