lizzybuffy200819 – Banana Day: are you a fan of bananas? In your opinion, what is the best way to eat bananas?
I like bananas, as long as they are ripe (a little spotty brown.) I eat them mostly, because my potassium level tends to be on the low side, so eating them regularly keeps me on an even keel. I like a good banana pudding with sugar cookies and merengue, but really do not have that very often (last time was maybe 10 years ago.)
