4 – International Carrot Day: In your opinion, what's the best way to cook and eat carrots?

I like roasted carrots with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. I am not a fan of raw carrot, unless it is chopped/shredded.

I much prefer raw carrots to munch on, although carrots as part of something else (stew, etc) are also good. As is carrot cake!

I have never really cared for raw carrot; although I do like a shredded carrot salad. Someone else mentioned carrot cake, I had completely forgotten about that...which I love.

Roasting carrots really brings out the sweetness doesn’t it? Delicious. I love raw carrot ;)

It does. I like most all vegetables roasted.
