lizzybuffy200826 – Spanish Paella Day: yum or yuck?
What's not to love; rice, crunchy rice, seafood and meat; YUM! I have eaten it in Spain and made it at home; always really enjoyed.
It was a lovely spring morning, a bit chilly to start, but we bundled up and went to walk on a local trail. It is a former train track that was converted to a 10 mile trail a few years ago. We did a little over 4 miles and then went to local bakery for breakfast.
