lizzybuffy200813 – Good Samaritan Day: Have you ever been a good Samaritan for a stranger? Has anyone ever been one for you? Do you think people are less likely to help out these days than in the past?
Not that I can recall off the top of my head, but I do try to be aware of people and help if needed. Yes, back in the 90's before everyone had a cell phone, I had a flat tire on the freeway, during late evening rush hour. A man stopped, who did have a cell phone and offered it to me. I was able to call K, who then called a tow truck and came to be with me.
I do think that people still want to help when need be.
