5 – Whipped Cream Day: Do you like whipped cream? Have you ever made whipped cream from scratch?

I like fresh whipped cream (made from scratch,) because you can easily adjust the sweetener and it just has a better taste and mouthfeel. It is the only kind of have. I never cared for the stuff from the can.

The stuff from a can over here disappears after a while - it collapses if you leave it too long. Goodness knows what is in it! I think I used it once when it became available over here....
