lizzybuffy200824. Is there some old family belief, practice, routine or tradition that you know is nonsensical, but you still catch yourself doing it anyway?
I don't do laundry on holidays; my grandmother said that it was bad luck. For me, it is a good excuse.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of my f-list!! We are being low key this year: Sous vide turkey thigh confit, turkey gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, broccoli rabe, rolls, and cranberry upside down cake. The only things left to do today are brown the confit, make the mashed potatoes and the broccoli rabe and heat up the rolls and gravy.
