I hope they see someone that looks pleasant, approachable, and happy.
First swimming sprint day since getting back...it was UGLY, but I did it. By the end, my arms felt like they were made of lead. Afterwards, it was a busy morning with some appointments and things that needed to get done. We did have a relaxing evening with a cocktail, yummy dinner of shrimp, scampi style in a white bean stew and watched a cute and nostalgic (particularly for someone from the US in their 50's, 60's,) movie on Netflix, called, "Apollo 10 1/2: A Space Age Childhood."
Today should be not too stressful, a day off from exercise, going to the market, a little yard work and getting dinner ready. I am looking forward to the time change tonight.
