I did like quite a few back in the 80's; Fame, Footloose, Flashdance, Top Gun. I don't recall any in recent times; is that something that kind of went away?
Great morning of swimming yesterday. All of the really fast people (except one) were doing an event this weekend, so did not come. That left the rest of us that did not swim in high school/college, so we did not do traditional sprints, but worked on speed and technique with much more individual coaching. It is something I would love to have happen on a regular basis.
We had a fairly leisurely day, went out to a new place for lunch. It was ok; food was good; ambience, not so much. Last night we watched the latest Thor. It was not great. I like the bit of comedy and I think Hemsworth is good at it, but it was just too much and too silly for me, which made the serious parts seem out of place.
