28. How frequently do you purchase lottery tickets?

K and I always talk about it when the pots get over $200M, but I rarely do. When we were on temporary assignment and driving home once a month; it was a nice daydream chat to have in the car.

We have daydreamed about how much money would be a ‘windfall’ and it’s more than you might think! We don’t bother with the lottery ….

Oh, I know. We used to speculate that $1M would boost retirement, $10M would mean earlier retirement and $100M would mean immediate retirement, buying some apartments in places like NY, London, and Paris and starting to travel much more. It was a fun conversation to have when we were going to be in the car for 4 hours.

Now, if it goes above $250M, I consider buying a ticket, but usually forget, or it isn't convenient to stop, etc..
