22 – World Yoga Day: Do you do yoga? How do you benefit from it?

I did yoga quite regularly (twice per week) for a number of years. Once temporary assignments were over and we came back here, it became a bit more difficult (both teachers we liked had closed their studios,) but we were still able to do it once a week. Then COVID happened...I took some outdoor classes with one of my former teachers in 2021, but have not been able to get back into it since then. I would like to work in a class once a week, but haven't found one to fit yet.

As we get older, we lose flexibility; yoga can help with that, plus it can be a good source of body weight strength training as well as calming the mind.
