lizzybuffy200822. What would you genetically change about humans to make them a better species?
Not sure if it could be changed with genes, but I would make people more empathetic; maybe then things like sexism, racism and bigotry would be lessoned.
23. Have you ever worked retail?
Yes, when I was 20-22, before I got my degree. I had a great wardrobe, but now I blame it for my bad knees.
Well, yesterday was the last outdoor swimming day and it was a beautiful day to finish with (it is now in the 90's in the afternoon here, so the water was cool at 6AM.) The workout about killed me though warm-up, some 100 meter builds, then 28 - 25 meter sprints...We then came home worked out our legs and ran a couple of errands. I was pretty dead though, so leftovers for dinner, a cocktail, Le Tour, a bad movie (The Grey Man; although looking at Gosling is kind of worth it,) and then bed.
Today, I slept until 6 and so far have been to the farmer's market. I need to do a little watering and maybe run to a fruit stand for peaches, but it is supposed to be another hot one, so I doubt much else will be done

Date: 2022-07-24 11:45 am (UTC)For tomatoes, I get some through my regular CSA and then there is a farmer that grows about 500 varieties that offered a tomato CSA this year, so every Thursday or Friday, I head out there and pick some up. This week, he also gave me 4 pounds of eggplant.
