Yes, mostly, so far: Up by 4:30AM, at the pool by 5:45AM, in the water at 6:15AM (abnormal due to lightening,) workout chest, shoulders, and triceps, breakfast, then onto weeding...

We usually head towards bed at 8 and then read for a while and lights out by 9:00-9:10. On,the weekend, maybe a bit later; 9:45-10. I try to get as much done early in the day as possible before the sleepy kicks in.
