It would not be my first choice, nor my second, but I have had it before with ham and thought it ok.
Illness does seem to be receding a bit, not as much coughing, slightly more energy. At least we are both sleeping at night.
For some reason I thought I had an ingredient for tonight's dinner that I did not, so postponed that until today and made hummus with some chickpeas I cooked last week and then a roasted cauliflower and grape dish with chermoula sauce. Liked the cauliflower and chermoula, not with the grapes though. Oh well.
We also watched "Encanto" last night. It is charming with a nice message. Hoping to see "King Richard" and "Licorice Pizza" next weekend.
