If doing any of those things without a partner, I prefer music. I find certain motivating and can help me get through "sprints."
Was able to watch another Oscar movie on Saturday evening; "The Power of the Dog." Intense movie (and probably not for someone triggered by bullying.) I thought the acting was very good (across the board) and some of the scenery was just breathtaking. It does get a bit long and there is definitely a feeling of coming doom. I actually figured out the story motivations and the ending early on, so picked up the clues along the way, because I was looking for them.
Still hoping to see King Richard (since it looks like Will Smith will win best actor) and Belfast.
