1. If you built a themed hotel, what would the theme be, and what would the rooms look like?
Luxurious hotels of the world. Rooms like famous luxury hotels around the world. I do not much care for "theme" hotels, just give me plenty of pillows, plenty of towels, light blocking curtains, a place to put stuff, good HVAC and decent lighting.
