Trying to convince someone with science and logic why their unvalidated, unreal belief or conspiracy theory is wrong...
11. What are some things a house would need to have for you to purchase it?
Assuming we are talking about remaining in the same city/state/area: We remodeled the kitchen in 2020, it would have to have all of the space and appliances that I currently have in my kitchen. Separate living room, dining room, and family room. A master bath with separate tub and shower and two sinks. At least a 2 car garage and a place where we could have a home gym. We have spent a lot of years getting this house to where we want it (we have a bit more to go,) so it would be very difficult to do a lateral move.
