Yes, on occasion.
3. Do you use any medicines daily?
Yes, much to my chagrin. I have had borderline HBP since I was 15 and on medication since my early 20's. My diet is great, my kidneys are healthy and I have no blockages, so doctors are a bit stumped. It is just something that tends to run in my family.
