25. Which of your good habits has made the biggest positive difference in your life?
Daily exercise. While I have had some injuries over the years, exercise, overall is very positive for me. Even when I am not really good at something (swimming, biking) I have learned to fight my fear of failure (looking stupid) and just do it. Also, it is a great stress reliever, helps combat insomnia (most of the time,) and helps with my high blood pressure. Plus, over the years, I have met some people I would not have without it.
