21. What is your favourite salad dressing?

It really depends on the salad. When throwing together something at home, I will most likely use good olive oil with a few drops of my 12 year old balsamic. With Caesar, then I will make a Caesar...

We put the Ooni together yesterday and I have pizza dough rising and getting flavor in the fridge. It will be the maiden voyage for the Ooni and we are going to try it with gas, since we are making 2 pizzas. Wish me luck.

We have a wood pellet Ooni which works really well it makes amazing pizza.

The first time out went really well. I was wondering what peel do you use to get the raw pizza into the Ooni? I used my wooden peel, heavily spread with course corn meal and things slid fine, but it was a lot of corn meal that kind of gave the crust a corn flavor. I also have the perforated peel from Ooni and used that to get the pizza out.

I just use the Ooni one spread with a flour and cornmeal mix. We have a non-stick peel that helps with getting it on and off easily straight into the Ooni. I also keep shaking the pizza base as I add the toppings to make sure it will slide off easily.
