It really depends on the situation. When out or traveling in warmer weather, an Aperol Spritz is lovely (on ice of course.) When at home, most Friday evenings, a straight up extra dry, slightly dirty Bombay Sapphire martini. We keep our gin and the glasses in the freezer.
