lizzybuffy200822 – Mathematics Day: Were you good at mathematics in school? How much of the math/s you learned in school do you use in your everyday life now?
Yes, I was very good at math in school. I have a degree in engineering and feel that being good in math is a prerequisite. I think most people would have difficulty with the engineering curriculum if they could not do math. Calculus 5 was my stopping point; we joked that you had to have really good drugs to understand that...
When I worked, I did use a decent number of my math skills; now, not so much.
23 – Roots Day: How much do you know about your own family history? Do you know the names of your great grandparents? Have any of your ancestors been a part of any significant historical events?
Not very much at all. I know the names of my great grandparents on my mother's side.
24 – Christmas Eve: Christmas Eve is filled with both religious and nonreligious traditions and a variety of foods. What are some of your holiday traditions? How did they begin?
We don't really have any Christmas Eve traditions; although the last couple of years, we have watched "Klaus" on Christmas Eve.
25 – Pumpkin Pie Day: Pumpkin pie, yes or no?
I like pumpkin pie, but do not make it much.
