We are having a low key day, most of our meal has been prepped/cooked, so I just need to do the creamed leeks and bake the rolls, turkey breast, and dressing. We will eat somewhat early this year, so that we can enjoy the maple cheesecake I made.
K has been home all week and the renovation is progressing nicely. They have tiled the closet and bathroom floors and have framed the wall in the basement. Hopefully next week, drywall will happen, so that I can paint the ceiling and walls of the closet, before the closet system arrives. I do hope to get the door(s) painted this weekend.
23 – Espresso Day: Do you drink coffee? How do you drink your coffee?
Yes, we have a super automatic machine, so I have a double expresso 1% latte every morning and another around 11AM. I would like to be able to have more sometimes, but cannot deal with any more caffeine than that.
