Birthday Dinner

Due to K being out of town so much, it was a more low key dinner than usual, but still festive and yummy. I made Pizza Margherita using Roberta’s Pizza dough recipe from Roberta’s Pizza in Brooklyn and Zoe Francois’ recipe for devil’s food cake with cream cheese frosting. I tweak the frosting slightly, by not adding as much sugar, but it is so good, you could eat it with a spoon.
