lizzybuffy20082. What are some very salty foods you enjoy?
I am not a fan of excessive salt. In fact, there is a ham and bacon purveyor in our state that is beloved by chefs across the country; I find it too salty. I do like salted caramel, Parma ham, Iberia ham and the like, but depending on the brand, sometimes it can be too much for me.
Just got back from swimming this morning. It was "long slog" day and boy was a I feeling the workout yesterday and the month off from swimming...
