Yes, particularly since COVID. There has been an influx of people that wanted to get away from bigger cities and higher prices (which of course has driven up the price here.) Population of our town in 2015 was 65,500 and now in 2025 is 75,000. Also, we have gotten more people of color and different ethnicities (thank goodness,) so while still predominantly white, we are starting to be more well rounded. I hope with that change everyone will realize people are people and become less narrow minded.
