Jun. 28th, 2024 07:09 am28. It's International Cream Tea Day (the last Friday in June)! Do you put the jam on a scone first, followed by the clotted cream (the Cornish way), or the other way around (the Devon way).
I have only ever had a cream tea when we were in London more than ten years ago. I loved it and happily would have sold the US out for clotted cream...I believe that I did it the Devon way.
