21. What’s more important, a healthy mind or a healthy body? Why?

I kind of think they are equally important. My mother in-law suffered from Alzheimer's and it was a horrible thing to witness. I would never want to lose myself that way. My grandmother's mind was sound, but her body just failed; kidney problems that led to heart problems that led to her death at 70. Either situation will be hard on your loved ones as well as yourself.
