Sep. 6th, 2022 06:37 am6. How often do you interrupt others while they are talking?
I try not to at all, unless it is someone trying to sell me something. I dislike being interrupted and assume others do as well.
Yesterday was a rainy, gloomy day with not much actual rain. Even though, it was a holiday in the US, K had to go for the out of town work again yesterday morning, so that added to my not so great mood. Being a holiday, there was no swimming, so I did the treadmill and then back and biceps.
I had not slept well and then was hit with having to scramble and re-arrange some things since our flight back from Italy in October was cancelled. I was able to re-book to come back the day before, but that means 2 nights in Newark instead of 1...
I piddled around, but spent most of the day finishing a book, "Sisters of Shadow and Fog." It is a very intense WW2 occupied France/espionage book that is mostly all true, but not much of a pick me up on a gloomy day.
I slept well last night and started the latest in one of the Ilona Andrews books, so I am hoping for a brighter outlook day today. I have things to do around the house and then need to hit the grocery store, library and the farm for my CSA pick-up
