Jul. 20th, 2022 09:10 am20. Are you good at keeping secrets? Is it ever okay to share a secret?
I am good at keeping secrets from everyone but K and usually tell people that I will have to share it with him. Probably not, but I have to admit I have shared secrets of someone who died to illuminate a situation someone else was wrong about.
Feeling a bit less angry today and trying to stay away from things that will trigger it; the news. Last Wednesday of swimming in the outdoor pool which I have mixed feelings about. I love it for the fact that it is 50 meters and when the sun is shining, it is the best feeling. The down side is that it has been a cooler couple of months with rain, so the pool is just now getting comfortable. Ah well, only Friday's sprint day left and then back inside on Monday.
Also its the last week of Le Tour (le sigh.) It has been a good one this year even if my favorite crashed early and had to leave. We have also been watching "The Old Man." It is mostly entertaining with lots of twists and turns, edge of your seat kind of tension and John Lithgow (as always) is marvelous.
